If you would like to use files which belong to us, please ask us first. Usually, we grant a free license when it concerns hobby use.

Any commercial use of images or files is subject to a fee of US$ 25.00 per image/file, per occurrence. Also for this use you will have to have our written consent which will be given when the payment for the license has been received.

 Should we discover use of our files for which no permission was asked or granted, we will automatically assume that you agreed to double the above mentioned license fee. This to cover the extra handling incurred at our side.

Remember, the license applies PER USE and does not include transfer of copyright.

This main sound harsh but it is the only way that we can protect our property and indirectly protect you, our customer.

As the world of Schuco's is constantly changing, we can not be held responsible for any inaccuracies that you might find. We would appreciate it however if you would notify us if you find such inaccuracies so that we can correct it.

Some of the models that we have listed are hard to find and not available "off the shelf". Therefore, it can happen that certain models are out of stock. Hence, we can not be obligated to supply even though a model is listed on the website. We always try to replenish our stock as quickly as we can to minimize waiting times in case that we are out of stock of the ordered model.
